Service availability depends on location and schedule.

3. Bookings and Appointments

All bookings must be confirmed by email, phone, or through our website. We may request property access instructions or photos before confirming a job. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the service required is outside our capability or unsafe.

4. Pricing and Quotes

Prices are clearly stated on our website or provided via quotation.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally quoted.
Any changes will be communicated before work begins.

5. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept payment via bank transfer to: LetPrime Group Limited Monzo Business Account Details shown on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 20% of the quoted value. If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for: Providing accurate property information Granting safe and uninterrupted access to the property Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available when needed Informing us about any hazards, defects, or special conditions before work starts We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing information.

8. Our Responsibilities

We will deliver services with reasonable skill and care as required under UK Consumer Rights legislation. We aim to meet timeframes but cannot guarantee completion times affected by weather, supply issues, or third-party delays.

9. Liability

We hold valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Structural issues
Items not disclosed before work
Losses caused by events outside our control
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Materials and Work Quality

All materials used will be of reasonable and safe quality. Where customer-supplied materials are used, we take no responsibility for defects or failures caused by those materials.

12. Complaints and Issues

If you are unhappy with our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of job completion.
